As part of his vision to ensure human resource development through formal education which will eventually bring about the needed development to his Constituents, the Member of Parliament for Tamale Central Constituency, Alhaji Inusah Abdulai Fuseini has supported some selected students with a total sum of GH¢ 10,000.00.
About 100 needy but brilliant students at all levels of education in his Constituency each received GH¢ 1,000.00 with the funding sourced from his share of the District Assembly’s Common Fund.
Alhaji Inusah Fuseini said he was committed to improving the human resource base of his Constituents because education is the pivot around which almost development revolves.
The Tamale Central Legislator who is also Deputy Minister for Energy has since supported over two hundred of such beneficiaries since he became an MP and pledged to increase the package for the year 2011.
He commended his constituents for their loyalty to the NDC and urged them to co-exist peacefully for accelerated development.
Alhaji Inusah Fuseini underscored the need for NDC supporters in the Northern Region to eschew character assassination and complacency to ensure a resounding victory in 2012.
He also reiterated the President John Evans Atta Mills led NDC government’s promise to build a Better Ghana for all and entreated Ghanaians to have patience while steps are being taken to fix the economy.
Alhaji Harunah Abukari Malba, NDC Propaganda Secretary for the Tamale Central Constituency thanked Hon. Inusah Fuseini for the massive infrastructural development he has brought to the Constituency.
He mentioned the building of a 6 unit classroom block for the Salafiya Islamic Primary School at the Gumbihini Electoral Area, a 3 unit classroom block for the Anbariya Arabic and English Schools at the Mohiyabihi electoral area among others.
Alhaji Malba added that the Tamale Central MP also laid pipe lines to the Dohanaayili Electoral Area, assisted in the building and renovation of Mosques’ and as well as supported some women in the Tamale Constituency with credit facilities to expand their businesses.
